Finance Industry Service Desk Engineer

IT Service Desk provides direct support to various functions in Front, Middle and Back Office. It is a dynamic, fast-paced working space that provides services over the phone, through e-mail, Chat and in person (for walk-in customers).

Your skills should include :

  • Three years’ work experience in a high-traffic customer service setting
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for end user technical support
  • Strong customer service experience including a pleasant telephone & face to face manner
  • Functional knowledge of Windows computing (Windows 7, Office 2010, Active Directory, understand basic network topologies
  • Japanese native and business English is required
  • Candidates with financial services background preferred
